About Oriviums Nexplain

People can increasingly access their own lab results, genetic data, imaging reports, and clinical notes. Access, however, is not the same as understanding. A portal full of numbers rarely explains how those findings may connect or why they might matter.

Oriviums Nexplain was created to close that gap. It organizes personal health records into a plain-English causal explanation, makes uncertainty explicit, and prepares focused questions for a person to discuss with their clinician.

We are building a second-opinion companion—not a diagnostic service. Medical decisions remain between each person and qualified healthcare professionals who understand their complete history and circumstances.
