Opinion Opts is built for plain-English education and appointment preparation. We keep the data needed to provide that experience in your account, and you stay in control of deleting it.
When you upload a record, we store the file, its basic file details, and the education-only explanations created from the records you select.
Your uploaded records and workspace are access-gated to your signed-in Opinion Opts account. Opinion Opts is not a diagnosis or care service.
You can delete an individual source record at any time from the Health Timeline. This permanently removes the stored file and removes explanations that depended on it so an outdated report is not shown as current.
You can also use Delete my data in the workspace to permanently remove all uploaded records, their stored files, and dependent explanations.
Opinion Opts is not a diagnosis, treatment, prescription, medical advice, emergency service, or replacement for a clinician. It may summarize documented findings and possible relationships with visible uncertainty.
